HOW TO ORDER OUR TROPHIES:

1. Download Order Form: To place an order, you can download down below PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ORDER FORM TO YOUR COMPUTER FIRST, (within google docs please press file and then "download" so you can start typing your order onto the computer.

• NAME: Enter your full name or the name of your organization/company.
• SKU: Each product in our inventory is assigned a unique Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) to identify it. Locate the SKU of the item you wish to order from our website or product catalog, and enter it in the designated field on the order form.
• SIZE: If applicable, indicate the size of the product you want to order. Choose from the available size options, such as S (small), M (medium), L (large), or any other relevant sizing information specific to the product.

1. Send an Email: After completing the order form, save the file with the changes you made. Open your email client or webmail service and compose a new email. Address the email to Geoff at Diamond trophies, Make sure to include the subject line, such as "Order Placement Request" or "Product Order Inquiry."

In the body of the email, introduce yourself and express your interest in placing an order. Provide a brief overview of the items you want to purchase by mentioning the SKU and size for each product. Attach the filled-in order form to the email, ensuring that all the information is clear and legible.

1. Pricing and Discounts: Once your email is received, our team will review your order request and calculate the pricing based on the current prices and any applicable discounts or promotions. The time it takes to receive a response may vary depending on the volume of orders and the specific processes of the company.
